Department: Talent Management
The Talent Performance Specialist plays a critical role in the design, implementation, and analysis of programs and processes for performance management, talent development, employee assessment and succession planning. This position will support employee engagement, performance evaluation, and strategic communication to foster a strong and aligned workplace culture.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain employee engagement and performance platforms.
- Manage the implementation of performance review activities including cycle administration, performance data analysis and reporting.
- Support talent review and succession planning activities to ensure the ongoing availability of appropriately skilled employees.
- Support the implementation of employee-focused programs and initiatives that promote engagement and development.
- Manage the Job Profile Library Governance, maintaining accurate job profiles for all roles within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance training records to ensure regulatory standards are met.
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Design and/or HR Analytics preferred
- Oversee employee performance, providing regular feedback, setting goals, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure continuous growth and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective learning platforms, ensuring employees have access to relevant resources and training programs to enhance skills and foster professional development.
- Conduct comprehensive talent assessments to identify skill gaps, potential leaders, and high-performing employees, and recommend strategies for talent development and retention.
- Implement and manage succession planning processes to ensure a robust pipeline of internal talent for key leadership positions and critical roles within the organization.
- Compile, analyze, and report on employee performance, training progress, and other relevant data to inform strategic decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or talent development preferred
