Job Duties: Drive technical audits for various Trust & Safety regulations (e.g. the Digital Services Act) and drive remediations to audit findings. Work with various legal partners (content, product, privacy, public policy, etc) to maintain a holistic view of regulatory requirements, and ensure appropriate technical controls are in place. Design, implement and optimize governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to centralize and manage regulatory controls across Pinterest. Develop and execute risk assessments; design mitigation strategies and programs to address key risks. Work with business/process owners to develop effective processes, policies, controls, and metrics that ensure effective compliance with relevant standards, rules, and policies. Influence and assist business/process owners to close gaps in their controls and adopt processes that will help the grow the business in a compliant manner. Partner with cross-functional business partners to understand control requirements and help with the design and implementation of these controls so that they are following a corporate standard (Common Controls Framework). Telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Risk Assessment; (2) Security Compliance; (3) Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC); (4) Data Analysis; (5) Risk Management; (6) MySQL; (7) cybersecurity framework development; (8) Third-party security; (9) Controls design & testing. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is permitted.
Salary: $206,315.00 - $247,228.00 per annum.
