About the Role
The Training & Documentation Team is responsible for various exciting initiatives, including training our customers in the transportation industry, including truckers, dispatchers, and other back-office staff. We also work to train and onboard new team members across the organization, partner with department stakeholders to build and execute development curricula, develop and manage engaging training materials, and facilitate training programs and events for all our internal and external customers. This team works cross-functionally across the organization.
We are looking for someone willing to learn, bring creative and innovative ideas to our training that enhance the learning experience, and assist in developing new training programs and initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instructor-led training both in-person (travel) and online via web conferencing
- Complete needs assessments, pre-planning, coordination, and completion of onsite training
- Adapt demos, examples, and approaches to sessions to focus on “best practices” in the industry
- Assist with content creation for eLearning, videos, or guides to be used internally and externally
- Other - assist with special projects as assigned at the discretion of team management
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in delivering exceptional remote & on-site instructor-led training
- Experience with Docebo or similar LMS
- eLearning development experience with tools such as Adobe Suite, Keynote, Articulate, etc.
- Ability to work variable schedules and travel 25-75% depending on company needs
- Familiarity with instructional design to develop training materials (facilitator guides, decks, etc.)
- Planning, organization, and communication skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong background in software training and development environments
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and instructional design approaches
- Experience delivering training to promote adoption and minimize resistance to new software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education that enables performance in this position

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $71,294 and $105,420. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
