ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll work closely with Account Management, Analytics and Digital teams to pull and compile data, maintain critical account information, execute recommendations and flag issues or opportunities that require additional analysis or action.

This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working directly within retailer systems and data. You enjoy getting into the details, solving problems and making sure execution happens accurately and on time.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Reporting & Tracking

  • Pull and compile weekly sales and performance data, including 3P, content, advertising and other metrics not captured through automated reporting.
  • Maintain ad hoc reporting and trackers across sell-through, rollbacks, new items, Speed-to-Shelf, seasonal programs, price increases and other business priorities.
  • Pull and maintain weekly OTIF reporting.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly SQEP recaps.
  • Review reporting for accuracy, add relevant context and flag potential issues or opportunities before distribution.
  • Partner with Analytics to ensure the team has the accurate and timely data needed for deeper analysis and recommendations.

Item Setup & Catalog Management

  • Execute and maintain new item setup and optimization.
  • Own the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of the master omni item file.
  • Maintain product catalog information, including product types, shelving paths and variant configurations.
  • Identify and resolve item setup and catalog discrepancies.
  • Ensure item and product information remains accurate and up to date across retailer systems.

Digital & Content Execution

  • Execute on-site content updates under the direction of Digital Account Management, including imagery, copy, rich media and attribution.
  • Build and update Brand Shops based on Digital Account Management briefs and approvals.
  • Conduct regular audits of ratings, reviews and overall content quality.
  • Manage Supplier One tickets related to content, publishing, variants and catalog issues.
  • Track issues through resolution and escalate when additional support is needed.

Replenishment Execution

  • Manage purchase order execution, including PO edits within NOVA.
  • Maintain NOVA POs based on recommendations from the Hybrid Analyst.
  • Monitor reporting for potential replenishment gaps and opportunities.
  • Flag findings to the Hybrid Analyst for review and sign-off, then execute approved changes.
  • Help ensure replenishment activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience supporting retail, CPG, e-commerce, omnichannel or account management environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with retailer systems, item setup, catalog management, reporting or replenishment strongly preferred.
  • Walmart and/or Sam's Club experience is a plus, particularly experience with Supplier One or similar retailer platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large sets of sales, item and operational data.
  • Ability to pull, organize and validate data accurately while identifying potential issues that require further investigation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership over execution and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Account Management, Analytics, Digital and other teams.
