We are looking for a B2B Performance Marketing Strategist with at least 2 years of B2B experience to drive our digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate business growth. In this role, you will align marketing initiatives with our broader business goals, collaborating across a highly international landscape - including the UK, Germany, the US, Australia, Brazil, and Mexico - to help shape our global digital roadmap.
While this role blends paid advertising, SEO, website management, and content creation, your primary engine for growth will be LinkedIn Ads. You will design and execute full-funnel B2B campaigns while working alongside our existing external resources for other paid channels. What You’ll Do
Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Serve as our internal LinkedIn Ads expert, planning, launching, managing, and optimizing high-performing B2B campaigns across Lead Gen, Conversions, and Awareness objectives
- Own our strategy inside OpenAI's Ads Manager and partner platforms, mapping user prompt intents, configuring context hints, and launching native sponsored recommendations to reach high-intent B2B buyers mid-conversation
- Partner with our Google Ads contractor to keep search and paid social strategies aligned and avoid audience overlap
- Identify landing pages needed for campaigns, collaborate on building them, and run A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting
- Monitor campaign performance, build reports in Google Looker Studio, and contribute to monthly Marketing MBRs with data-driven recommendations
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic rankings
- Keep website content current and aligned with messaging and lead capture goals via WordPress
- Track traffic and user behavior with Google Analytics and Search Console, and build link-building strategies to grow domain authority
Content Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Write blog posts, launch email campaigns, and create digital assets that drive pipeline conversions
- Keep B2B branding consistent across every digital channel and touchpoint
- Spot and act on data-driven growth opportunities while staying ahead of B2B marketing trends
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building, targeting, and scaling B2B campaigns on LinkedIn Ads
- Professional fluency in both English (C1/C2) and German, required for managing core regional accounts, creating content, and collaborating across teams
- Solid understanding of SEO techniques, keyword research, and tracking tools (Google Analytics/Search Console), with at least 2 years of experience
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo) and WordPress
- Comfortable doing simple design work in Figma, Canva, or PowerPoint to quickly spin up ad creatives or digital assets
- Experience with Google Looker Studio and Google Analytics to build dashboards and report on performance
The following aren't required, but they'll make you stand out:
- Familiarity with GEO and AEO strategies for optimizing content for AI-driven search and LLM visibility
- Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese, a major plus given our expanding global footprint
- Experience with Google Search/Display, helpful for cross-channel alignment
- Experience with other paid ad systems (e.g., Meta Ads, Reddit Ads)
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
