The Opportunity
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling Podium’s Local Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy by owning and optimising the systems, processes, and tooling that underpin our sales engine. Reporting into the GTM - Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll focus on improving operational efficiency and sales productivity by ensuring seamless lead flow, system hygiene, and process clarity across the funnel.
This is a specialist role that sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and strategy execution. You’ll partner closely with the broader Revenue Operations team, Sales Leadership, and Marketing to design scalable solutions that empower our customer-facing teams to move faster and perform at their best.
What You’ll Do
Lead Flow Execution & Tooling
- Own and maintain the lead routing and intake infrastructure, ensuring accurate, timely delivery to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, and Sales to refine lead delivery logic, guardrails, and ICP alignment across all sources.
- Monitor lead capacity models and flag areas where redistribution or adjustment is needed to maintain equitable load balance.
- Document and enforce standardised workflows for lead handling, triaging, and SLAs.
CRM & Sales System Optimisation
- Support the evaluation, design, and rollout of enhancements to Salesforce and other revenue systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline user workflows via tooling improvements.
- Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) for system changes, working closely with RevOps teammates and technical admins.
- Build documentation, deliver training, and provide day-to-day troubleshooting for sales systems.
Process & Efficiency Improvements
- Partner with GTM teams to uncover workflow inefficiencies and implement data-informed process updates.
- Create playbooks, templates, and enablement materials that help teams adopt operational best practices.
- Continuously analyse pipeline health and lead conversion data to surface insights and areas for operational lift.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the RevOps point of contact for specialist-level support on lead flow, system usage, and CRM execution.
- Collaborate with the wider GTM Systems, Enablement, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure smooth integrations and workflows.
- Help support reporting requests and system audits tied to GTM performance and lead funnel metrics.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM systems admin within a SaaS or high-growth business.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of lead and opportunity workflows.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills where you’ll able to identify root causes and propose efficient solutions.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive tasks to completion.
- Strong documentation habits and the ability to create scalable operational processes.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, or Chili Piper.
- Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, Tray.io, or LeanData.
- Understanding of capacity planning or lead scoring models.
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Exposure to SQL or tools like Sigma/Looker for ad hoc analysis.
