We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant (French Speaking) to join our global Solutions team. You’ll bring your industrial background, customer-first mindset, and consultative approach to help leading manufacturers and energy clients understand how Poka can revolutionize their operations, improving quality, safety, and productivity at scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ environments, processes, and challenges, including regulatory, safety, and operational constraints common in asset-intensive industries.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, building strong relationships with plant leaders, operations, HSE, reliability, industrial performance teams, and digital transformation stakeholders.
• Design and deliver compelling, persona-based solution demonstrations tailored to each customer’s industry and business objectives, including use cases around safety, standard work, knowledge retention, and operational continuity.
• Configure and manage demo environments, build advanced workflows, and craft ROI-driven business cases.
• Partner closely with Account Executives, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless journey from discovery to deployment.
• Shape solution architectures aligned with customer strategies, including integration planning and change management considerations.
• Share best practices and insights across the global Solutions team, helping evolve how we sell, demo, and advise.
• Represent Poka at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  
  

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, and/or experience working in or selling to asset-intensive or safety-critical industries (e.g., Oil & Gas, energy, chemicals, utilities, heavy industry). 
• Solid understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Operational Excellence, or reliability-driven operations.
• Ability to engage and influence diverse audiences - from shop-floor teams to C-suite executives.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, industrial software, or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, value-based demonstrations and presentations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken) required. Additional languages are a plus.

• Deep expertise in Solutions Consulting within manufacturing or industrial technology.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas operational models or challenges, such as contractor-heavy environments, safety management systems, asset reliability, or regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer trends, propose innovative solutions, and challenge the status quo.
• Experience mentoring peers, contributing to onboarding, or helping shape team best practices.
