Join us as an Enterprise Account Manager 

If you’re energized by building strategic, long-lasting partnerships and love working at the intersection of technology, manufacturing, and business transformation, this role is for you.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll be the growth partner for Poka’s enterprise customers across France and additional French-speaking regions, as well as global accounts.

Your mission? Strengthen strategic relationships, uncover new opportunities, and expand Poka’s footprint within our existing enterprise customer base. You’ll blend the consultative mindset of a trusted advisor with the drive of a hunter - elevating value for both our customers and Poka.

What you’ll do

  • Own the commercial relationship and growth strategy for assigned enterprise accounts across France and French-speaking markets.
  • Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities - cross-sell, upsell, and renew across multiple sites, business units, and global deployments.
  • Lead strategic account planning, aligning customer objectives with Poka’s product roadmap and value drivers.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure customer outcomes and identify growth inflection points.
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships within manufacturing organizations, influencing their digital transformation priorities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, ROI narratives, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account intelligence in Salesforce.
  • Represent Poka at key customer meetings, onsite visits, and industry events (travel up to 30%).

What you bring

  • 10+ years of experience in account management or consultative sales within B2B SaaS, industrial technology, or manufacturing ecosystems.
  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding enterprise accounts.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, digital transformation, or industrial software (a strong asset).
  • Fluent in French, with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a proactive, opportunity-led approach.
  • Credibility and confidence when engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying cycles.
  • Collaborative, autonomous, and comfortable operating within cross-functional account teams in a fast-scaling environment.
