  • Job Title: OP Product Operations Manager, EMEA Region
  • Job Summary: As an OP Product Operations Manager - EMEA Region, you will monitor and ensure that Play! Pokémon program Value Streams and capability signals are healthy for the Europe South-West Asia and North Africa geographic regions.You will support and shepherd the successful delivery of physical and digital products as well as the overall player experiences in the Play! Pokémon program across the Europe South-West Asia and North Africa regions. You will have full ownership of your geographic domain with periodic senior review.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure the successful endtoend execution of Europe & SWANA programs and strategic initiatives, from planning through launch and ongoing optimization 
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive program roadmaps, resource plans, and stakeholder alignment across functions.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive crossfunctional resolution and escalate when needed.
  • Define, track, and report on success metrics; provide regular executive updates on program progress and business impact.
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of program processes, tools, and templates used across regions.
  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across geographic domains.
  • Maintain program plans, timelines, budgets, and status reporting to ensure operational transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration with product, engineering, operations, and regional partners to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Support the rollout of physical and digital products, features, and experience enhancements across the region.
  • Monitor program health using defined KPIs and contribute to regional performance dashboards and insights.
  • Partner closely with OP Product Operations team members to communicate regional needs and ensure alignment across the broader Organized Play operating model.

               

What you’ll bring

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years years of experience in the following fields: product/project management, program coordination, program operations, supply chain or product operations experience in a global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with globally distributed teams.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills desired.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £54,156 - £72,057 per year. The full range is £54,156 - £97,543 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
