Role Description
Your North Star: From first click to lifelong customer - lead the charge in product adoption and growth.
This role focuses on driving product adoption, market expansion, and revenue growth by effectively positioning products and optimizing the customer journey from awareness to retention. We're looking for a strategic contributor, capable of executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating cross-functionally.
This role would report directly to the Director of Product Marketing, supporting the growth of B2B marketing at Pomelo Care. This is an opportunity to have direct exposure to commercial opportunities as well as our customers, deriving insights and applying them to demand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Campaign Development: Create compelling marketing content (e.g., website copy, sales collateral, case studies, blog posts, email sequences, ad copy) that resonates with target audiences and supports the sales funnel. Design and implement growth-oriented campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital advertising, email, organic search, social media).
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement in lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Who you are:
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare, digital health, startup, or similar complex/tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and marketing copy.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Pomelo Care. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, Pomelo Care is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $110,000-$125,000. We expect most candidates to fall in the middle of the range. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration, so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
