About the role:
Pontera is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team. This position will report to the Senior Sales Enablement Manager and be a strategic partner to our sales and marketing teams. You'll support in building, developing, and scaling our sales enablement function to empower the sales team as they effectively position Pontera.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training to multiple sales roles through different formats: in-person, e-learning, and virtual
- Develop a foundation of customizable training materials with Pontera-specific messaging such as one-pagers, segmented talk tracks, playbooks, competitive fact sheets, sales tools/ tips, quick reference cards, and more
- Foster strong relationships across the sales organization to keep abreast of sales strategies and opportunities
- Create and manage sales onboarding and ongoing sales training
- Partner with product marketing to conceptualize, develop, and roll out sales toolkit materials for new product launches
- Leverage call recording tools to create coaching strategies for managers and uncover opportunities for additional training
- Bring fresh ideas to the team. We want input and dynamic ways to train sales teams that are effective and drive results
- Support in measuring the success of enablement through team feedback, data, and analysis
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of related experience in a sales role, ideally within the SaaS or Financial Services industry
- 2-3+ years in a sales enablement role, ideally within SaaS or Financial Services industry (preferable, not required)
- Proven track record of taking sales-focused initiatives from conception to completion
- Strong project management skills
- Proven experience with learning mgmt systems (preferable) and CRMs (required)
- Experience leveraging call coaching techniques along with their respected sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, etc.
- Experience delivering managerial training a plus
- Demonstrates ability to proactively support a fast-paced and dynamic sales team
- Experience working with a creative team to develop marketing materials (light design experience and comfort with creative tools is a plus)
- Compensation: Annual Salary: $110,000 - $120,000
