Customer Experience Data Validation Specialist (Temporary Position)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Temporary Data Validation Specialist to support our Customer Experience team with data accuracy and reporting initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of our systems and processes by verifying, comparing, and validating data from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data validation tasks by comparing information across multiple sources and systems.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets to input, organize, and verify data.
  • Apply basic mathematical skills to assist with data review and reporting.
  • Analyze discrepancies and inconsistencies in data and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Navigate multiple computer programs efficiently to access, update, and validate information.
  • Interpret and understand written information related to project tasks and data sets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Basic math proficiency.
  • Strong technical skills, with preferred familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate data comparison and validation.
  • Effective computer navigation and troubleshooting abilities across multiple platforms.
  • Strong reading comprehension skills to interpret technical information and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

  • The work location is on-site in Houston, TX.
  • The initial assignment is expected to last approximately three months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements outlined are essential for performing the core duties of this role.

  • Primary responsibilities involve regular speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, and reaching with arms.
  • Occasionally, the role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must be able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.

Base Salary

$16 - $18 USD
