About The Team

The Performance Automation and Monitoring team builds the platforms that ensure Postman’s products are reliable, observable, and enterprise-ready. We own test automation and monitoring systems that provide high-signal feedback and enable teams to ship with confidence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and build scalable monitoring and test automation infrastructure
  • Define architecture, standards, and best practices for automation and observability platforms
  • Develop backend systems and APIs that power automation and monitoring workflows
  • Operate and evolve systems in production, focusing on reliability and signal quality
  • Collaborate with teams in the US and India to align on platform strategy and execution

You would be a great fit if you:

  • Have strong experience building backend or distributed systems at scale
  • Have designed or owned test automation or monitoring platforms
  • Are comfortable operating production systems and improving reliability over time
  • Enjoy driving architecture and technical direction for shared platforms
