A day in Life:

As the Director of Marketing, Fusepoint by Power Digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing this new brand’s internal marketing strategies, focusing exclusively on maximizing brand awareness and deal flow for Fusepoint. Your expertise in B2B marketing, both from content and performance standpoints, will be crucial as you lead efforts to enhance our inbound lead flow, SQL flow, and closed MGP from internal initiatives. You will execute plans that build Fusepoint’s market presence, ensuring measurable growth and a strong brand footprint in this dynamic, startup-like environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal marketing strategy that aligns with Fusepoint’s business objectives and enhances our market position
  • Lead and optimize Fusepoint’s content marketing efforts to ensure engagement, lead generation, and conversion optimization
  • Oversee & execute performance marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and data-driven analytics to maximize inbound marketing effectiveness for Fusepoint
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate powerful, consistent messaging across all platforms
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing investments
  • Report on key performance metrics, providing insights and actionable strategies to senior management
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and alignment with the overarching goals of Power Digital Marketing

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in content marketing and performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, SEO/SEM tools, and content management systems
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of MQLs generated per month
  • Number of SQLs generated per month
  • Number of SALs per month.
  • Monthly Gross Profit Generated Per Month

 

Most Important Things (MITs):

  • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand visibility and generate leads, SQLs, SAL’s, and MGP
  • Regularly track and analyze marketing performance metrics, reporting on KPIs to executive leadership and providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and oversee a content strategy ensuring valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a defined audience
  • Lead and mentor director reports, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
