A day in the life:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the CEO/CMO by managing and coordinating efforts across multiple external marketing agencies. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives, maintaining accountability among teams, and driving results to support our mission as a leader in consumer-direct mortgage solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Agency Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison for five external agencies (SEO, PPC, CRO, Video, Social Media)
- Track progress, manage deliverables, and hold agencies accountable for performance and deadlines
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks internally to avoid bottlenecks
- Project Management:
- Oversee content production, SEO initiatives, CRO tests, and video creation
- Lead the initiative to grow our YouTube channel with high-quality, subscriber-focused content
- Ensure HubSpot integration and lead management workflows are functioning seamlessly
- Data and Analytics:
- Manage performance reporting and analysis across all marketing channels.
- Use Google Sheets/Excel to track lead targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including SEO rankings, PPC results, and CRO test outcomes
- Technical Coordination:
- Create and manage workflows in Zapier for automating marketing processes.
- Collaborate with external development teams to ensure website updates (WordPress) align with marketing goals
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the CEO/CMO to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Provide regular updates and insights on agency performance and marketing progress
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–3+ years of marketing experience, including agency or client-side roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, CRO, video production, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Zapier.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Mortgage industry experience (a plus but not required).
