A day in the life:
This role focuses on delivering high-quality audience analyses to support new business appraisals. You will gain an understanding of the business and goals to identify the target audience including behavior, preferences, and trends. These insights will be used to inform planning, targeting, and creative strategies for campaigns. You play a critical role in the Power Digital new business process and will work collaboratively across multiple teams. Success is measured by meeting deadlines, delivering analysis with minimal revisions, effective task management in Asana, and contributing to a collaborative, innovative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own New Business Audience Analyses - Manage all new business appraisal audience analysis requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery to support the revenue division
- Support Existing Client Needs - help the team complete audience analyses for existing clients (based on new business appraisal demand)
- Support Tool Integration - Help research, onboard, and optimize new tools and technologies to enhance the audience development process and improve efficiency
- Support Output Enhancement - Help refine and improve the new business audience analysis process(es) and template(s) to increase efficiencies
- Contribute to a collaborative environment by actively participating in team projects, sharing ideas, and providing constructive feedback
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, stay informed about industry trends, and proactively develop new skills
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ownership of tasks, identify challenges, and suggest solutions to improve processes or outcomes
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Role Requirements:
- Experience working with large datasets to analyze audience behavior, preferences, and trends, and leveraging these insights to guide planning, targeting, and creative strategies for advertising campaigns
- Foundational understanding of media fundamentals: funnel/campaign structures, tracking, optimization approaches, and channels
- Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate across different teams, and function in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and collaborative, effective interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Familiarity with audience platforms like Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, Global Web Index, or Comscore. (Ideal but not required)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- ~25 new business audience requests completed per month
- New business audience analyses + slides completed within 3 business days of request
- Active communication of timelines, roadblocks + delays, pending workflow, days out of office
- Satisfaction of analyst and revenue teams with analysis + slides completed (minimal revisions needed)
- 100% usage of Asana for task and project management

- On time completion of audience analyses for new business
- Clear, proactive communication regarding deadlines and roadblocks ahead of time
