***Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.

A day in the life:

This isn’t your typical BDR role — and that’s the point. You operate as an extension of our CEO and leadership team, showing up in-market with their voice, perspective, and credibility. Your day is focused on building real relationships with high-value ICP accounts, not blasting templates or chasing empty meetings.

You’ll spend time crafting highly personalized outreach across LinkedIn and email, managing executive LinkedIn profiles, and creating thoughtful touchpoints that actually resonate with senior leaders. You’ll invite the right people to our events and podcast, follow up with intention before and after key moments, and keep momentum moving forward. You pay close attention to what’s working (and what’s not), adjust quickly, and stay locked in on the metrics that matter. If you love the hunt, trust your judgment, and know how to show up as a peer — not a salesperson — you’ll thrive here.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive & LinkedIn‑Led Outreach
    • Act on behalf of the CEO/Founder and Chief Growth Officer to manage LinkedIn presence and outbound communication
    • Identify and connect with ICP‑fit executives using thoughtful, human messaging aligned to each leader’s voice
    • Send high‑quality connection requests and direct messages that drive conversation—not spam
  • Account‑Based Prospecting & Relationship Building
    • Research and prioritize target accounts and decision‑makers
    • Build and nurture relationships over time through consistent, relevant touchpoints
    • Decide when LinkedIn vs. email is the best channel, and adapt based on response performance
  • Podcast Guest Sourcing
    • Collaborate with the podcast coordinator to identify and recruit senior leaders who are strong fits for our podcast
    • Conduct outreach, follow‑ups, and coordination to help fill and maintain a full podcast calendar
    • Build long‑term relationships with past and future guests
  • Event Outreach & Follow‑Up
    • Support pre‑event outreach by inviting target accounts and key contacts to events
    • Coordinate and manage gifting strategies before events to drive attendance and reciprocity
    • Conduct thoughtful post‑event follow‑up, including gifting and prioritization of best follow‑up targets
  • Performance‑Driven Execution
    • Own weekly and monthly outreach KPIs, including:
      • Connection requests sent
      • Acceptance rates (target ~60%+)
      • Response rates
      • Meetings, conversations, and podcast bookings influenced
    • Track results, analyze what’s working, and continuously refine outreach strategy
  • CRM, Data & List Hygiene Management
    • Own the integrity and organization of prospect and account data across systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, etc.)
    • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date prospect and account lists
    • Ensure contacts are properly tagged, segmented, and assigned
    • Keep LinkedIn activity, email outreach, and CRM records aligned
    • De-duplicate records and prevent list decay
    • Sync outreach lists with event attendance, podcast guests, MQLs, and ABM targets
    • Monitor data gaps and proactively correct inconsistencies
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong English fluency, both spoken and written (this is non‑negotiable)
  • Experience in B2B outbound, business development, or growth‑focused outreach
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to mirror tone and voice
  • Comfort operating autonomously and making judgment calls without scripts
  • Highly goal‑oriented with a competitive, self‑motivated mindset
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn
  • Knowledge of sales CRM tools and marketing automation software (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 100 x weekly connection requests sent per SME account
  • LinkedIn connection acceptance rate (target ~60%+)
  • 2 Podcast guests sourced and booked/monthly
  • Post-event LinkedIn connection and follow-up qualified candidates within 24 hours for top-priority leads
  • LinkedIn connection sent within 24hrs for MQLs

Most Important Things (MITs)

  • Represent executive voices accurately, thoughtfully, and consistently
  • Balance quality, relevance, and volume
  • Choose the right channel and adapt outreach based on performance
  • Timely follow-through before and after key moments (events, podcasts, lead conversations)
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve outreach effectiveness

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
