Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting field technicians with equipment needs, including picking up and dropping off equipment from job sites, staging equipment for projects, and managing equipment logs and calibration cycles. This role also involves organizing, inventorying, and maintaining test equipment, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and tracking rental equipment for billing purposes.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Equipment Coordination

  • Pick up and drop off equipment from job sites.
  • Stage equipment for projects to ensure readiness for field technicians.

Equipment Management

  • Track and manage equipment logs and calibration cycles.
  • Set up RMAs for equipment repairs.

Rental Equipment Tracking

  • Track rental equipment used on projects for billing purposes.
  • Support the Operations Manager in billing activities.

Equipment Maintenance

  • Organize, inventory, clean, and charge test equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order.

Shipping and Receiving

  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.

Additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support the organization's goals and adapt to evolving business needs.

Attributes/Abilities:

  • Must have a satisfactory background check.
  • Must pass a pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and/or random drug test.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 0-1 year of relevant warehouse experience.
  • Ability to pull an 8x10 trailer.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
  • Tools, equipment, and/or machinery used: Forklift, pallet jack, hand tools, drills, saws, and cutters.
  • Potential low exposure to various conditions, including dirt, heat, fumes, smoke, water, noise, vibration, grease, oil, and dust.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability and willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to crawl, climb, and stand.

Actual pay depends on factors such as work location and market, skills, education, experience, and other job-related qualifications. Eligible roles may include additional compensation such as bonuses or incentives.
