Intune Engineer
Location: This position may be performed remotely, but requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a mission-driven Microsoft Intune Engineer to join our nimble and high-impact IT team. Reporting to the IT Director, you’ll take ownership of endpoint management and security across our remote-first organization. You’ll bring deep experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra, and thrive in an environment that values autonomy, speed, and transparency. You’ll help ensure our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned to the needs of our distributed workforce.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and manage the configuration, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Intune across all corporate devices
- Own and understand dynamic software patching and deployment of patching using modern tools
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) to support secure access and identity management
- Develop and enforce device compliance policies, ensuring security standards are met across endpoints
- Partner with IT leadership to refine endpoint strategy and tooling as we scale
- Proactively monitor, detect, and remediate issues impacting device health, performance, or security
- Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, and automated workflows for efficiency and consistency
- Serve as a go-to resource for device-related escalations and user support
Qualifications and Key Success Factors
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment
- Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access, and identity governance
- Proven success supporting a remote-first workforce with varying needs across macOS and Windows environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a bias toward action
- Self-starter who thrives in a flat, fast-moving environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with technical and non-technical stakeholders

To round out our world-class total rewards package, we provide annualized base salary compensation in the range listed below. Final salary range may be modified commensurate with job level, education, and experience.

$136,000 - $158,000 USD
