Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Ensure a safe and harassment and discrimination free work environment by following and enforcing all safety rules and procedures, all company policies, applicable laws, and Precision Values
Conduct and document initial origin damage inspection
Scan and receive inbound vehicles into inventory
Identify and correct deficiencies with inventory accuracy or baying procedures
Document and report inventory issues and resolving inventory discrepancies
Conduct physical inventories of customer vehicles and report errors to management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license
Ability to drive a motor vehicle safely
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to pass a driver’s license check with no more than 4 points present, no DUI’s or suspensions within the last 3 years
Ability to pass drug screen
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
The employee is required to converse and listen in office and industrial settings (indoor & outdoor; noise level is high at times).
The employee is frequently required to move about on concrete and uneven surfaces for extended periods of time (4-8 hours).
The employee is required to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
The employee must be able to work in confined spaces.
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, ascend or descend ladders safely at heights of 10 feet or more, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and adjust focus
