Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Prezzee, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying and generating new sales opportunities while setting our sales executives up for success. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager - Sales, you’ll utilize your knowledge of the sales process and your relationship-building skills to drive our growth in the US market.
About the role:
- Use Hubspot, cold calling, and email outreach to generate new sales leads.
- Represent Prezzee’s innovative solutions and recommend and demonstrate how they meet customer needs.
- Build relationships with prospects by nurturing warm leads and identifying new opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with prospects to qualify them as sales opportunities.
- Proactively explore new business opportunities in the US market.
- Schedule meetings between prospective customers and sales executives.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and coordinate next steps with the Sales team.
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation results to the Senior Business Development Manager - Sales.
- Develop and maintain tools, including knowledge base articles, user guides, API Product catalogues, etc.
About you:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
- A strong desire and ability to advance within Prezzee’s sales organization.
- Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software.

This position is ideally based in New York, New York. Full time base salary range between: $60,000 and $70,000 USD based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level. However, actual base salary will depend on location, varying circumstances and individualized factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. The total compensation package for this position includes a competitive STI plan.
