Client Success Manager

Join Prezzee as a Client Success Manager, where you will help identify, develop and implement exciting new reward, incentive and gifting programmes with existing Prezzee clients in the UK market. The successful applicant will be a genuine team-player that loves to smash through goals.

Reporting to the UK Sales Team Lead, you will be an integral member of the UK Sales team, supporting with, customer journeys, relationship building and act as first point of contact for all enquiries/concerns/escalations with your organisational finesse and collaborative approach. This role will require someone to work from our London office 3 days per week.

To be successful in the role of Client Success Manager, you will need to demonstrate the ability to service our existing Prezzee clients and build value creating relationships with existing Prezzee clients in the UK market. You will also contribute to an individual sales goal and a team sales goal, as well as cross region introductions.

Client Relationship Management and Development:

  • Build and nurture value-creating relationships with existing clients through regular communication, meetings and check ins
  • Develop a deep understanding of our key clients and their goals to drive engagement and sales across multiple use cases
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Leveraging your deep understanding of Prezzee and our customer needs to identify new business opportunities in employee recognition, loyalty or other innovative use cases
  • Network within existing client organisations to identify and develop opportunities with new departments or functions
  • Execute strategies to identify opportunities for growth/ upsell within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with our colleagues in Marketing to create and refine lead gen campaigns that complement your activity
  • Contribute to planning campaigns by identifying target audiences, creating messaging and showcasing best practice

Client Retention:

  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure high retention rates
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align client needs with available solutions and services
  • Implement retention strategies and initiatives to strengthen client loyalty and minimise churn

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Executive or relevant role.
  • An exceptional track record, with proven team culture success.
  • Broad market knowledge and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
