Inbound Sales Development Representative

Prezzee is a leading global digital gift card platform, offering innovative solutions for B2B customers. As we continue to grow in the U.S. market, we are seeking a talented Inbound Sales Development Representative (ISDR) to be the first point of contact for potential B2B clients. 

 

About the Role

As an SDR at Prezzee, you will manage inbound inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and web. Your key responsibility is to qualify these leads into either SMB (Small and Medium Business) or enterprise categories. You will be tasked with closing SMB leads and facilitating a smooth handoff of enterprise leads to our Enterprise BD team. You’ll work closely with the B2B account executives and the U.S. team to convert inbound interest into lasting business relationships, all while maintaining lead records in Hubspot.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads via email, phone, and web to assess their business needs and offer suitable Prezzee solutions.
  • Qualify leads as SMB or enterprise, and convert SMB leads into customers using tailored communication and strong sales techniques.
  • Introduce enterprise leads to the Enterprise BD team for further engagement.
  • Build and nurture warm prospects, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of SMB prospects using Hubspot to ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up.
  • Provide customer support by addressing questions or routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Report on lead generation activities and outcomes to senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

 

About you

  • Sales experience, ideally in the gift card, rewards, or incentives market.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, web calls, and email.
  • Ability to proactively nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Proven experience in using CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) to track and manage leads.
  • Knowledge of sales tools like Sales Navigator and Zoominfo is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing environment.
  • Driven, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to grow within Prezzee’s sales organization.

This position is ideally based in New York, New York. Full time base salary range between: $60,000 and $70,000 USD based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level.  However, actual base salary will depend on location,  varying circumstances and individualized factors  such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.  The total compensation package for this position includes a competitive STI plan.
