Job Description

We’re looking for a Retail Media Manager to join our Client Services team at PriceSpider, where we help the world’s most beloved brands navigate the complex digital commerce space. As a Media Manager, you’ll be the strategic lead for some of our largest clients—building relationships, developing media strategies, and driving performance through major retailers like Amazon and emerging platforms.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner and thought leader, helping clients win by translating complex media performance data into actionable insights. You’ll own the end-to-end media strategy, from planning and campaign execution to optimization and reporting. You’ll also serve as a mentor to junior team members, helping to grow the next generation of digital commerce experts.

If you’re passionate about digital media, love solving complex challenges, and thrive in a client-facing role, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day client engagement, driving strategic conversations and guiding execution across digital media campaigns
  • Plan, develop, and launch media campaigns on Amazon (Search and Display), with potential to expand into emerging platforms
  • Manage keyword selection, bid strategies, pacing, and budget allocation to ensure alignment with client KPIs
  • Develop and deliver clear reporting dashboards, uncover insights, and proactively identify opportunities to drive client performance
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to inform product optimization and investment strategies
  • Manage promotional planning calendars and oversee campaign timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Retail and Client Success teams to ensure alignment and exceptional service
  • Mentor junior team members, providing feedback, training, and support as they grow their Flywheel (a PriceSpider company) careers
  • Stay up to date with industry news and translate macro trends into strategic recommendations
  • Help identify new opportunities and proactively surface Flywheel’s value to our clients
  • Travel as needed based on client needs (estimated <10%)

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years in digital advertising or client-facing account management, ideally in e-commerce or retail media
  • Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (Search & Display); familiarity with other platforms is a plus
  • Proficient with META Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp
  • Strong grasp of media buying and retargeting; audience-building expertise
  • Comfortable with data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, and Segment
  • Skilled in storytelling using first- and third-party data
  • Highly analytical and Excel-fluent (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Experience in digital campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis
  • Organized, detail-oriented multitasker with strong project management skills
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills; adept at translating data for non-technical audiences
  • Proactive, adaptable, and thrives with minimal oversight

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
