A little about the role…
Procare Solutions is seeking a Senior Revenue Strategy Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our sales organization. In this role, you'll leverage your Salesforce expertise, analytical capabilities, and business acumen to transform complex sales data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue growth and sales effectiveness.
What You Will Do…
- Perform comprehensive analysis of sales data to identify trends, conversion patterns, and pipeline opportunities
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota management with data-backed recommendations
- Create consumable dashboards and reports in both Salesforce and Excel that deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
- Extract and analyze data primarily sourced from Salesforce, alongside other data sources
- Pull and analyze data from multiple sources, including AWS Athena using SQL
- Identify sales process inefficiencies and develop data-driven recommendations
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to sales leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement optimizations and measure impact
- Work closely with sales operations and IT teams to optimize Salesforce functionality
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have…
- Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in revenue analytics, sales operations, business strategy or related field
- Strong Salesforce experience with focus on reporting, dashboards, and data extraction
- Advanced Excel skills for building complex data dashboards and visualizations
- SQL proficiency for querying data through AWS Athena and experience with PowerBI
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with sales pipeline analysis and conversion metrics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Salary
$85,000-$115,000/year DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a few days a week.
