About this role: 

As the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations for the Go-to-Market organization, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and key stakeholders to design, enhance, and scale revenue operations on a global level. In this strategic leadership role, you will be a core member of the senior leadership team, driving alignment and efficiency across key functions, including Strategy & Planning, Go-to-Market design, Territory Planning, Pipeline Management, Revenue Forecasting, Pricing and Sales Systems Administration. The ideal candidate will harness advanced technologies, including AI-driven tools, to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive automation.

Your responsibilities will include:   

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to drive consistent and scalable revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team responsible for all facets of the sales process, including performance metrics and dashboards, account and territory planning, pipeline management, deal execution, commission structures and payments, sales forecasting, and overall process design.
  • Align sales, marketing, and customer success functions to create a seamless revenue pipeline.
  • Identify and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize revenue operations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on tools and systems to foster innovation, implement best practices, and build a world-class operation. Support the scalability and growth of the sales organization.
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, provide strategic recommendations, and execute action plans to drive continuous improvement and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion strategies are effective.
  • Drive data-driven decision making by ensuring accurate reporting and analytics across revenue teams.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and go-to-market processes for improved conversion rates.

Key Qualifications for You:

  • 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a Senior Leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency at a high-growth company.
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems, sales automation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Adaptability and agility to respond quickly to evolving demands, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environments.
  • Passion for self-learning and staying updated on industry trends, especially in AI and analytics.  
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and be hands on when needed. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
