About the role:
As a member of the Managed Services team, you will hold a highly visible analytical role that requires interaction and partnership with business leaders, customers and carriers. Your passion for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will be responsible for proactively managing customer relationships, carrier relationships and communication to help improve data availability and customer value. You should be an expert in developing and analyzing large data sets, enjoy diving deep into data analysis, discovering root causes, and designing long-term solutions.

What you’ll be working on:
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis for data insights and a data pattern identification.
- Coordinate activities with carriers to drive data improvements
- Continuously monitor and assess performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions; regular cadence & progress reports are essential
- Hold carriers and customers accountable for driving change and improvement to increase their data availability and quality for customer-carriers under your management
- Use open-source visualization tools to triage and trouble shoot shipment errors
- Collaborate with internal stake holders to drive project success and yield customer value
- Develop a deep understanding of our different carrier integrations methods per mode
- Work & coordinate with third-party providers or partners to ensure seamless delivery and data alignment in a 3PL / DaaS model for mutual end customers
- Work within Zendesk to manage and resolve customer and carrier issues; a part of the role involve operating within a ticketing system for case management and follow-up
What you’ll need:
- 3 – 5 years' experience as a data analyst or has customer facing delivery experience.
- SaaS or software and/or logistics industry experience is nice to have.
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and easy to understand insights for our customer
- Solid understanding of source data, its strengths, weaknesses, semantics, and formats
- Excel pro-efficient (e.g., advanced formulas, macros)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Kibana, Observe or similar is beneficial
- Have experience in understanding API’s and code is a benefit
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to balance multiple projects with competing priorities
- Must be organized to keep track of various projects and milestones
- Experience developing and executing end-to-end projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus and results orientation
- Must have excellent English, any other languages are plus (bonus points for any EU language)
- In-office Commitment: Employees are expected to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in the office 5 days weekly
- Working Hours: Typically between 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, with flexibility for time zone alignment.
