TA & Operations Associate (Contractor)
Position Summary
This is a new onsite opportunity to join our high performing team as we strive to develop pioneering therapies that aim to transform the treatment of CKD and change patients’ lives. The Talent Acquisition and Operations Associate will support the entire recruitment lifecycle by owning our temp to perm openings, managing job postings, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, assisting with onboarding, and providing administrative support to the talent acquisition team and hiring managers. Key responsibilities include recruiting for temporary to perm roles, utilizing the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to coordinate scheduling with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring the recruiting process runs smoothly, ultimately helping to attract and secure high quality talent for ProKidney. This role is best suited for an individual who will enjoy collaborating with various functions within our HR team and who desires to develop as an HR professional.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify best in class talent for ProKidney’s temp to perm openings.
- Manage Contingent/Consultant workforce tracker to ensure the successful onboarding/offboarding of all temporary staff.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey by managing communications, resolving issues, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews using Greenhouse Applicant Tracking system, manage candidate on site visits and ensure all necessary details are communicated to candidates and interviews in a timely manner. Work with Corporate Traveler to coordinate candidate travel and logistics. Maintain candidate records in Greenhouse, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborate with TA Partners to develop offer letters, launch background investigations and conduct timely candidate references. Track HireRight background investigations through completion. Collaborate with TA Partners to resolve any discrepancies/issues.
- Act as an SME for Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System, troubleshooting issues, managing templates, and escalating system concerns as needed.
- Participate in projects related to TA processes, systems/tools, procedures, and compliance.
- Participate and assist with ProKidney’s employment branding initiatives and university recruiting efforts.
- Provide general administrative support to the TA team and hiring managers, which may include data analysis, reporting and assisting with HR related projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Three years’ experience in recruiting. Ability to work independently in an administrative/operations capacity
- Exceptional technical skills specific to Microsoft Outlook, experience with utilizing an applicant tracking system a plus
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a passion for outstanding customer service
