JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a talented self-starter with 3+ years of great experience. The Ideal candidate will be a switched-on creative thinker with the ability to combine great ideas with beautiful execution. Working closely with Strategy, Creative, Account and Marketing teams to translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts, elevating the work and contributing to our collaborative creative culture.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Collaborate and support the design team in developing creative design solutions from conception through implementation that strategically translate and support the brand strategy
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining a cohesive and successful partnership with colleagues on the creative team
• Partner with creative and production team to ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation
• Present and substantiate all creative work to internal teams including logos, visual identities and systems
• Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback and improve design
• Proactively maintain expertise in graphic design software packages
• Participate in new business efforts as requested.
  
  
  

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years’ experience within a relevant design team 
• Advanced skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, XD (nice to have; AfterEffects, Sketch, InVision)
• Degree level experience in Graphic Design 
• A deep understanding of typography, design elements and principles, and best practices across print and digital
• Solid verbal and written presentation skills
• Basic understanding of UX and UI design
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Successfully manages time, process, and workflow
• Understanding of print processes and creative production
