
Talent Development Coordinator
About The Role
The Talent Development Associate is responsible for supporting Talent Development and Performance Management activities, initiatives, and programs. This person will work closely with, and report to, the Talent Development team to support Prophet’s efforts in assessing, supporting, and developing talent through strong data analysis, thoughtful coordination, and performance insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for bi-annual review cycles
- Support the data collection and analysis and timely distribution of performance review information to Development Teams, Regional Leads and Executive Committee (Exco)
- Use Excel and other tools to organize, analyze, and visualize performance data in a way that enables insight-driven decisions across regions and roles
- Translate performance data into actionable insights – identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to inform strategy and improve talent development
- Support the evolution of performance management tools and processes
- Work with Talent Development Team to monitor and refresh performance criteria
- On-board new hires on the Performance Management process and Coaching at Prophet
- Support Development Team initiatives – career pathing, coaching, retention, learning and development
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in performance review processes and other Talent Development initiatives
- Manage and oversee Talent Development portal
- Assist on ad-hoc projects
What You Bring
- 1+ year experience in Human Resources – Experience in a professional services firm or marketing or creative agency is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent task management skills with the ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines, able to multi-task effectively, and able to determine priority tasks in a fast moving, changing environment
- Flexibility to work across time zones to support talent across regions (i.e. North America, Europe and Asia)
- Highly motivated team player who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team with an all-in approach
- Expertise in Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note, Zoom, Teams, Monday.com
- Strong data skills – proficient in Excel (i.e., pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning) and comfortable working with large datasets to extract insights related to talent and performance
- Experience using AI-enhanced tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, Zoom AI features, Monday.com AI features, etc.)
- Ability to adhere to the highest process standards and maintain confidentiality
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Model: 3+ days per week in office)
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
