ABOUT THE ROLE
As the EMEA Resourcing Manager, you will serve as a critical independent driver of strategic staffing and talent operation management to ensure projects, accounts, and business development pursuits are well equipped with the best and most appropriate teams. You will lead strategic capacity management at the account, solution, and discipline level by collaborating with a network of Partners to meet the demands of the business, maximise the talent of our people, and optimise the deployment of resources.
You will be assigned to manage Strategy discipline resourcing demands. At the discipline level, this means understanding and capturing the skills and capabilities of the talent group, the scope of client demand, and actively managing the supply to demand in day-to-day solutions. You will also be responsible for delivering the EMEA Resourcing team’s strategic priorities, such as developing and evolving our external talent sourcing process, options, and managing freelance resources.

Lead and own strategic capacity management within the EMEA Strategy practice, ensuring optimal alignment of talent resources across multiple projects.

Identify and flag potential challenges or opportunities for more complex project approaches, seeking approval from Regional Leads where needed. Take ownership of working within the managed margins and proactively pursue strategies that grow the bottom line while maintaining high project quality.
- Lead Resourcing Function and Process: Take full ownership and autonomy in creating and executing resourcing strategies. Identify operational challenges and opportunities and drive the design and implementation of efficient solutions to improve the resourcing process. Lead and optimise cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless talent deployment across all projects.
