Title: Legal Systems Analyst

Job Summary:
The Legal/Compliance Operations Analyst supports Prove’s Legal, Compliance and Risk Department through overseeing various operational processes (e.g., Prove’s ,contract management, privacy and risk management systems) . The Operations Analyst collaborates with key business stakeholders to identify problems or opportunities, understand the enterprise benefits and value, identify potential solutions, develop recommendations for preferred solutions, and define success metrics and outcomes.This role will also oversee and/or participate in company-wide, internal training sessions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with complexity and adept at finding the breakthroughs needed to solve complex challenges and balancing sometimes competing objectives. Demonstrates interpersonal skills as they function as a communication link or liaison between leadership, business units and technology connecting business requirements and opportunities in a way that supports both business and technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Prove’s matter management system, including creating and updating assigned matters (commercial contracts, legal research and analysis requests, etc.) and access management to the system.
- Oversee and manage Prove’s Legal, Compliance and Risk Department records projects, including correspondence and legal documents in office filing system (virtual or otherwise) and enforcing compliance with related policies.
- Define and develop business process workflow diagrams and data flow diagrams to identify, supplement and clarify business opportunities and the underlying business requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Risk leaders in identifying and developing short-term and long-term solutions to improve the business, including ownership of task management and the development of solution options in support of proposed changes.
- Promotes and supports organizational change management objectives, including training and end user adoption of newly adopted department technologies and solutions.
- Continuously analyzes the projects currently happening to ensure proposed solution is in alignment with the goals and requirements.
- Work with Legal, Compliance and Risk, and external attorneys, leveraging analysis and reporting information to improve systems, data, etc.
- Manage the signature process for authorized signatories of Prove.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5 years in a systems or legal operations role.
- Demonstrated experience in working with Legal Contract Management systems, preferably Ironclad, creating contract workflows, troubleshooting and working on Salesforce integrations.
- Demonstrated experience using advanced features of task management systems, including Jira and Monday.com.
- Desire to work with privacy and risk management-related systems, including Vanta and Hypercomply.
- Business (College diploma) or Technology/Systems (College diploma).
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
- Preferable 1-3 years experience in high-growth / pre-IPO Technology companies.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $95,000- $105,000 plus variable commission / company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
