Our primary business purpose is to help clients and supporters increase the effectiveness of activities pertaining to scientific communication, medical education and the maintenance of clinician audience intimacy.
Position Summary
The role involves managing customer data and online content delivery to target audiences. This includes analyzing and matching target customer lists, procuring additional audience data from third-party vendors, and conducting quality assurance tests before content goes live. The position requires scheduling and sending online content, tracking performance, and generating reports for the Reach and Response team to communicate results to clients. The role also involves proactively identifying and addressing issues, delays, and project needs to ensure smooth execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing and matching target lists of customers
- Reaching out to 3rd party vendors in procuring additional audience data including running queries and matching unique data points
- Conduct testing and quality assurance on projects before they go live to the audience
- Scheduling and emailing online content to target audience
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of each project in generating reports to the Reach and Response team for communication to clients
- Show confidence in work relationships and be responsible for making others aware of issues, delays, and other needs.
- Centralize technical and operational tasks currently distributed across Program Managers
- Reduce operational risk during live delivery, including evenings and weekends
- Enable Program Managers to focus on program strategy, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight
Key Skills, Knowledge & Professional Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, E-Marketing or similar
- Excellent Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
- Analytical/logical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on online digital content
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. Lookup and formatting formula, and pivot tables)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Experience of working with databases
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills.
