🌟 About the role
We're hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to serve as the operational and analytical partner to our GTM leadership team. You'll own the full revenue engine architecture and be a direct strategic partner to our CEO.
đź› What you'll do
- GTM Visibility: Build and own the unified reporting framework across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Forecasting & Funnel Diagnostics: Create and maintain a bottoms-up forecast model and identify leaks/blockers across the funnel
- Planning: Lead GTM planning across segments - quota setting, capacity, and revenue targets
- Systems & Tooling: Own SFDC architecture and integration with other GTM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Looker)
- Attribution & Conversion Analysis: Improve visibility into which segments, motions, and programs drive revenue
- Org Design & Hiring Roadmap: Define how RevOps should scale - propose future structure and headcount plan
🙌 What you bring
Experience
- 5-7+ years in revenue operations roles at B2B SaaS companies working across the acquisition, retention, and expansion funnel
- 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking with a focus on building sophisticated modeling workstreams
- Proven track record building RevOps functions at high-growth companies
- Experience working directly with C-level executives and cross-functional leadership
Technical Skills
- Expert-level Salesforce administration and architecture
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
- Experience with marketing automation and GTM tech stack integration
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting models, and attribution
Leadership & Execution
- Demonstrated ability to architect scalable processes from the ground up
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and ability to drive results in fast-paced environments

Annual Salary Range: $170,000—$210,000 USD
The range above reflects the typical salary range for this role. The final offer will depend on factors such as your experience, interview performance, level, and other considerations assessed during the hiring process.
