Duration: 1 year from start date
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 09:00AM – 17:00PM, 37.5 hrs per week
Rate: Day: £28 - £34 per hour
About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 7 Pharmacist to join our team in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
You will prescribe medication and ensure the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans. You will provide expert advice on the use of medications. You will conduct medication reviews and audits. You will support and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience/Knowledge:
- Up to date GPhC registration.
- Master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
- Experience in prescribing medication.
- Hospital experience is preferred but not essential.
- Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
