As a Recruiter at Pump, you’ll be a key player in shaping our growing team. You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across tech, sales, and marketing. This role is perfect for someone who loves fast-paced environments, values impact, and thrives on connecting people with meaningful opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Hiring Strategy: Partner with leadership to build and execute a hiring plan that supports our ambitious growth goals.
  • Source Top Talent: Use creative outreach across LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and networking events to find standout candidates in tech, sales, and marketing.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage everything from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work cross-functionally to define role requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and align on ideal candidate profiles.
  • Streamline Processes: Build scalable systems that support high-volume hiring without compromising quality.
  • Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects Pump’s values — proactivity, unity, merit, and playfulness.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Track and analyze metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates to continuously improve our process.
  • Employer Branding: Help shape Pump’s employer story to attract the best people who share our mission and energy.

Qualifications

  • Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-moving environments (tech or startup experience preferred).
  • Skilled at managing multiple open roles and meeting ambitious hiring goals.
  • Expert in sourcing beyond job boards — you know where top talent hangs out.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator, both with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Passion for people, team-building, and creating exceptional candidate experiences.

$70,000 - $90,000 USD
