What You Will Be Doing

• Engineering Manager for Production Engineering team who will help to build, grow and lead a team developing and driving Engineering Productivity focus which includes common CI / DevOps Services, Infrastructure as Code, Developer Tools, Observability.
• Challenge Status-Quo and continue to look for opportunities to improve the process, tooling 
• Collaborate across the entire engineering organisation to define test infrastructure and tools requirements by participating in product requirement & product design reviews.
• Define and execute on strategies for test driven development at scale
• Measure and drive a balance of efficiency and productivity improvements
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to the team and others to ensure product quality and on-time deliverables
• Define and refine Engineering Productivity metrics that provide visibility to “now” and drive teams’ goals.

What You Bring To The Team

• 8 plus years of relevant industry experience, with 3 plus years of technical hands-on leadership and people management experience
• Extensive experience in hiring, building and scaling up teams.
• Experience in the design, implementation and delivery of scalable build/test/release infrastructure
• Experience with developing automation frameworks and developer tools to increase developer and release velocity
• Experience with test driven development integrated with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with developing and shipping appliances is a plus
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
