THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented operation specialist to join Marketing Operations. This role owns end‑to‑end marketing budget operations in Allocadia and related systems, and leads the design and delivery of performance metrics, dashboards, and insights that guide investment decisions across Marketing. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, marketing analytics expertise, and a proven ability to collaborate across Marketing, Finance, BI, Procurement, and GTM teams to drive operational excellence and data‑driven decision making.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Steward and optimize marketing budget management
- Own day‑to‑day administration of Allocadia for Marketing, including user access, hierarchy management, and mapping of unmapped actuals and POs.
- Manage the Marketing Operations Team’sbudget to land within +/‑ 2% of target across fiscal periods through disciplined forecasting, reconciliation, and risk/opportunity management.
- Lead monthly and quarterly reconciliations between Allocadia and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Netsuite) to ensure data accuracy and alignment with AOP and Manager Targets.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between Allocadia and financial systems, proactively troubleshooting issues with financial reporting, missing actuals, and system variances to ensure data integrity.
Lead systems integrations and process improvements
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT to design, test, and implement changes to PR/PO/actuals integrations (e.g., SAP/Netsuite to Allocadia), including new cost center and GL structures.
- Establish monitoring, UAT, and validation routines to prevent data misalignment that could impact reporting, financial close, or compliance.
- Identify and implement enhancements in Allocadia and related tools (e.g., Appsheet/Smartsheet, Salesforce) that improve spend tracking across regions, programs, and campaigns.
Drive campaign performance measurement and insights
- Design and evolve marketing performance frameworks and metrics (e.g., MIP, MIP‑Q, MIB, ROI, cost per eligible response, contacts per persona)
- Deliver recurring insights (monthly/quarterly) on campaign performance vs. plan, including YoY trends, target attainment, and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain and improve calculators and models (e.g., FMM, Global Program, top‑down investment models) that connect campaign investments to pipeline, bookings, and performance by theater, function, and campaign.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Finance or Marketing Analytics, with a strong focus on budget management and performance reporting.
- Hands-on expertise with Allocadia (or equivalent MRM) and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Netsuite), including integrations, reconciliations, and hierarchy management.
- Proven experience building executive dashboards and performance reports (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; able to connect financial, funnel, and campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$149,000 - $224,000 USD
