THE ROLE
As a Brand Activation Manager, you will be a founding architect of the new Everpure brand rollout, taking our identity from a deck to a global reality. In your role, you’ll be the engine behind the Everpure brand, transforming high-level strategy into high-impact global campaigns and activations. You will serve as the critical bridge between our creative partners and external media agencies to ensure our new brand identity is executed with precision across all digital touchpoints. By optimizing our media operations and measurement frameworks, you’ll directly contribute to increasing global brand awareness and unlocking down-funnel pipeline growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Orchestrate Global Deployment: Own the end-to-end execution of brand activations and brand campaigns across display, video, and social platforms, ensuring all assets are localized, trafficked correctly, and launched on schedule.
- Drive Brand Stewardship & Consistency: Act as a key steward of the Everpure identity, collaborating with regional marketing teams and agencies to ensure every activation aligns with our brand standards.
- Optimize Measurement & Attribution: Lead the governance of UTM tracking and reporting on activations, helping to evolve reporting cadence to connect top-of-funnel brand activities to tangible business outcomes.
- Manage Agency & Creative Workstreams: Serve as the lead operational liaison for our media agencies and creative services, streamlining production workflows to ensure high-quality delivery of thought leadership and brand programs.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Operational Excellence in Marketing: Comprehensive experience managing complex campaigns and creative production workflows within a fast-paced B2B or technology environment.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Technical proficiency in building marketing performance dashboards and an understanding of tracking mechanics (like UTM governance) to turn raw data into actionable insights.
- Strategic Collaboration: Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage external agency relationships to keep multi-million dollar programs on track and on brand.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Mastery in distilling complex campaign metrics into visually compelling stories and presentations for leadership audiences.
- Modern Tech Fluency: Proficiency in collaborative tools like Asana and Google Workspace, with a proactive "tech-forward" mindset that includes exploring and leveraging AI tools to increase workflow efficiency.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$114,000 - $171,000 USD
