THE ROLE

We're seeking an AI Engineering Manager with strong expertise in NLP and computer vision to propel our team to spearheading the development and deployment of state-of-the-art NLP and computer vision solutions. You'll be immersed in hands-on technical work, actively contributing to the coding and development processes, while also steering the team’s strategic direction. Your innovative approach and expertise will be vital in translating complex requirements into tangible, impactful AI solutions, ensuring that our technologies are not only cutting-edge but also tailored to our specific organizational and client needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering an environment of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business impact.
  • Drive the design, development, and deployment of high-performance AI models (NLP and CV), overseeing the architectural integrity of our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into products, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead hands-on research initiatives, actively participating in technical exploration and prototyping to keep the organization at the forefront of AI innovation and performance.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams to deliver complex, high-impact AI/ML projects from concept to production.
  • Deep technical domain expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision, with the ability to provide architectural guidance.
  • Strong collaborative leadership, with a focus on mentoring talent and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical strategy and complex AI concepts to cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Expertise in designing scalable, efficient AI systems and evaluating model performance against business KPIs.
