ABOUT THE ROLE

1touch.io is the market leader in AI-ready data and sensitive data intelligence. We help global enterprises automatically identify, map, and protect sensitive data across structured and unstructured systems. By combining AI, automation, and deep data visibility, we solve the most complex challenges in privacy, security, and governance. 

The product delivers a highly accurate, centralized catalog of sensitive data usage, enabling organizations to strengthen data security and compliance alongside their existing infrastructure controls. It automatically discovers and maps data across all formats - structured and unstructured, at rest and in motion, known and unknown - without manual effort. By unifying all aspects of data processing into a single view, it provides a comprehensive master catalog of customer and employee data for better visibility, governance, and control.

As a QA Team Lead, you will drive quality across this platform by combining hands-on testing with team leadership. You will ensure reliable, high-quality releases while continuously improving QA practices, working closely with engineering and product teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and drive quality across SaaS and on-prem deployments, ensuring predictable, high-quality releases
• Define and evolve QA standards, release criteria, and risk-based validation strategies
• Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Support to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Lead test strategy and validation for new features, integrations, upgrades, and platform changes
• Design and execute end-to-end testing (UI, APIs, workflows, data flows), including regression, exploratory, and release validation
• Improve test coverage and efficiency through automation, CI/CD integration, and scalable validation practices
• Identify risks early, drive root cause analysis, and continuously improve product quality and team practices
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in QA and software testing, including leading or mentoring testing efforts
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and risk-based validation
• Hands-on experience designing and executing test cases, including defect tracking and resolution
• Expertise in manual and exploratory testing, regression strategy, and release validation
• Ability to analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and test automation concepts
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills across technical teams
