THE ROLE

Pure is seeking a Senior Content Writer with strong enterprise infrastructure expertise to join the Global Value Management team.

This role is responsible for developing high-quality, reusable, modular written content that enables the creation of compelling, enterprise-grade value propositions, proactive proposals and supporting technical, operational and commercial documentation.

You will apply your understanding of enterprise infrastructure architectures to synthesize complex technical, operational and commercial inputs from Product, Engineering, Value Consultants, Competitive Intelligence, CX, Partners and Sales into clear, structured customer narratives that articulate the business value of Pure solutions.

As the primary content writer within the team, you will help create and maintain the global master content library that underpins scalable proposal creation. You will enforce written content standards, ensuring outputs are governed, reusable and aligned to established messaging and quality standards.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build & Maintain Reusable Content

• Own writing of defined technical, operational and financial value levers for Pure solutions.
• Develop reusable modular components at multiple levels of detail (executive summary, standard narrative, detailed technical content). 
• Create persona and industry aware variations of core narrative where required.
• Consume and adapt existing Pure content (case studies, product documentation, analyst endorsements, services materials) for structured proposal use. 
• Maintain and evolve global master content in alignment with roadmap priorities and release cycles.

Technical and Value Writing

• Translate technical, operational and financial inputs into clear value narratives.
• Compile and synthesize inputs from cross-functional SMEs into customer-ready outputs.
• Independently engage SMEs to validate accuracy and secure approval.
• Balance technical credibility with executive-level clarity.

Proposal Content Building

• Develop best practice placeholder content for: Value propositions, Proactive proposals and Technical/operational/commercial Appendices
• Ensure content demonstrates strong narrative flow, clarity and business value articulation.
  
  

Support Select Engagements

• Participate in select live proposal engagements to refine standards and identify reusable content opportunities.
• Contribute written content for strategic proactive proposals where required.
  
  

Standards & Quality

• Co own content standards & contribute to QA processes and structured release management for written content.
• Establish clear stakeholder communication and approval protocols.
• Ensure all outputs adhere to messaging, quality and governance requirements.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

Infrastructure & Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, with demonstrated experience writing about one or more of the following domains: (Enterprise storage (block, file, object), Compute and virtualization platforms, Hybrid cloud architectures, Data center, Infrastructure operations)
• Ability to confidently engage technical SMEs and interpret architectural and operational concepts.
• Experience synthesizing financial concepts into simple narrative form (taking input from SME’s not expected to have financial experience). 
• Comfort navigating multi solution portfolios and articulating integrated solution value.

Writing Expertise

• Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to produce precise, polished, executive ready content.
• Significant experience writing technical, solution or value-based content in an enterprise IT environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical, operational and commercial inputs into clear, customer facing narrative.
• Experience building reusable, modular content or structured proposal components.
• Strong executive writing skills, including development of compelling summaries and structured appendices.

Process & Collaboration

• Proven ability to work cross functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Services teams. 
• Experience independently driving SME engagement, review cycles and approvals.
• Strong version control, content lifecycle and revision management discipline.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting enterprise sales or value selling motions.
• Familiarity with proposal development and business case articulation.
• Exposure to modular content systems or AI enabled content tools.
• Experience operating in global organizations with standardized messaging frameworks.
