THE ROLE
You will lead the evolution of the Everpure Platform by owning the strategy and execution for high-impact product areas that solve complex data challenges for our global customers. As a vital bridge between vision and delivery, you will collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship features that redefine modern storage and data management. Your mission is to transform ambiguous market needs into a cohesive roadmap that drives measurable adoption and reinforces Everpure’s market leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a multi-quarter strategy for your product area that aligns with Everpure’s overarching business goals and technical architecture.

Execute the Roadmap: Prioritize initiatives by balancing customer value, technical debt, and business impact, ensuring a high-velocity flow of quality features from discovery to launch.

Bridge the Gap Between Problem and Solution: Translate deep customer research and competitive analysis into actionable specifications, partnering with engineering to solve complex technical constraints through agile methodologies.

Optimize Product Performance: Define and own the KPIs for your product area, utilizing quantitative data and qualitative feedback to iterate on features and maximize user adoption.

Enable Global Go-to-Market Success: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop compelling narratives and ensure the field is equipped to successfully position new capabilities to our global client base.
WHAT YOU BRING

Proven Product Ownership: Demonstrated ability to lead the full product lifecycle—from initial discovery and problem definition to successful global launch and iterative improvement.

Analytical Problem Solving: Mastery in breaking down complex technical or business problems into clear requirements and making high-stakes decisions based on data and logical frameworks.

Collaborative Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building consensus across engineering, design, and executive stakeholders to drive outcomes in an iterative environment.

Strategic Agility: Experience managing competing priorities and technical trade-offs while maintaining a focus on the long-term health and scalability of the product platform.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, CZ office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
