Santa Clara, California

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to own Everpure’s global Partner Program portfolio — end to end. This role is responsible for defining the overall program vision, investment strategy, and operating model across all partner routes to market, and ensuring that each program delivers measurable business outcomes.

As the Director, Partner Programs, you will lead the Global Partner Program Center of Excellence as well as the team responsible for the resale, managed service, and distribution routes-to-market, covering the full spectrum of partner types including resellers, solution providers, MSPs, and GSIs, as well as overall program governance & compliance. You will not own a specific program segment — instead, you will ensure that all programs operate as a cohesive, scalable system aligned to Everpure’s growth strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you will define where we invest, how programs evolve, and how decisions are made — while holding your team accountable for delivering results in the field.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Program Strategy and Portfolio Ownership

  • Define and own the overall partner program vision and strategy across all routes to market
  • Ensure alignment with GSO strategy and business priorities
  • Partner with GPO leadership to evolve program structure, value exchange, and investment focus
  • Establish a multi-year roadmap for program evolution across segments
  • Define the guardrails and strategic direction within which each program lead operates, ensuring consistency across segments while enabling domain-specific flexibility

Program Investment and Economics

  • Define and manage the overall program investment strategy, including incentives, rebates, and customized partner investment frameworks
  • Allocate investment across program areas based on business impact and ROI
  • Ensure consistency and discipline in how incentives are structured and deployed across RTMs

Leadership of the Program CoE

  • Lead and develop the Partner Program team, holding them accountable for:
    • Program design
    • Operationalization
    • Adoption
    • Performance outcomes
  • Drive a culture of accountability, clarity, and execution excellence
  • Ensure clear separation of responsibilities across program design, execution, and governance to avoid duplication and drive accountability

Governance, Decision-Making, and Exceptions

  • Own final approval/denial of exceptions to program rules
  • Ensure decisions are consistent, scalable, and aligned to business priorities
  • Partner with Governance & Compliance Lead to implement structured, auditable processes

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Serve as the primary program leader across Sales, Finance, Channel Ops, Marketing, Legal, and Enablement
  • Align stakeholders on program priorities, tradeoffs, and decisions
  • Simplify complex requirements into clear direction for execution

Performance and Continuous Improvement

  • Define success metrics and KPIs across all partner programs
  • Evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure programs deliver measurable impact on growth, partner behavior, and profitability
  • Serve as the primary voice to GSO/GPO leadership on partner program performance, investment impact, and strategic insights across all routes to market

WHAT YOU’LL BRING…

  • 12+ years in partner programs, GTM strategy, or channel leadership
  • Proven experience leading multi-segment partner programs at scale, including Reseller, Solution Provider, MSP, and GSI motions
  • Strong understanding of program economics, incentives, and partner value exchange
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Exceptional stakeholder influence and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical and business judgment

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
