New

Member of Technical Staff- Production Engineering

Bangalore, India

We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

Join the Hydrogen Platform Team to pioneer the next generation of cloud-scale flash storage. You will champion the mission of transforming high-density DirectFlash Modules (DFMs) into a resilient, hyperscale platform by defining the software stack that drives device discovery, firmware lifecycles, and system-level resilience. Collaborating with firmware, hardware, and performance engineering squads, you will accelerate the delivery of warm storage innovations to real-world customer data centers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own Platform Reliability & Lifecycle: Design and scale core platform software for device discovery, automated health monitoring, and seamless firmware rollout mechanisms across hyperscale environments.

  • Architect Qualification Pipelines: Build and evolve automated system-level qualification pipelines and CI/CD stacks to safely validate new firmware and drive architectures against rigorous stress, functional, and regression benchmarks.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Triage: Spearhead complex, multi-layer debugging and triage operations when failures arise in the qualification environment, uniting hardware, firmware, and control plane teams to drive swift resolutions.

  • Drive Observability & Automation: Enhance safety rails, automation frameworks, and system observability to minimize operational risk and continuously improve the intake and retirement process of hardware SKUs.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Systems & Storage Expertise: Deep technical proficiency in systems engineering, storage architectures, or low-level platform validation (such as Linux environments, storage controllers, or firmware-adjacent software).

  • Advanced Debugging Skills: Proven ability to isolate, root-cause, and resolve complex failures across multiple layers, spanning OS behavior, platform logs, and hardware-software interfaces.

  • Automation & Tooling Proficiency: Strong execution in at least one modern language (such as Python, Go, or C/C++) to build infrastructure, automate test pipelines, or manage CI/CD frameworks.

  • Collaborative Technical Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical anomalies into actionable insights, driving aligned decision-making across disparate engineering teams.

  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

  • Innovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers.
  • Growth: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful. We have been named Fortune's Best Workplaces in Technology™, Fortune's Best Workplaces in the Bay Area™, and certified as a Great Place to Work®!
  • Team: We build each other up and set aside ego for the greater good.
