WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and mentor a global multidisciplinary team of Salesforce developers, cloud engineers, and UX engineers across India and Prague.
  • Define and drive the architectural roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrated GTM applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Management, and Business Systems teams to translate complex business processes into scalable technical solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Lead-to-Opportunity workflows, including lead management, account and opportunity processes, quoting integrations, approvals, and pipeline visibility.
  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce platform standards, security best practices, data governance, and scalable design patterns across the organization.
  • Lead technical decision-making and provide hands-on guidance for complex solution design, performance optimization, and system scalability challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on user experience, platform adoption, operational efficiency, and business process simplification.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to align GTM systems with broader company technology strategy and compliance requirements.
  • Champion innovation by evaluating emerging Salesforce, AI, automation, and cloud technologies to modernize GTM capabilities and improve business outcomes.
  • Support organizational growth through hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and career development of engineering talent and technical leads.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

  • Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, security models, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity business processes within complex B2B Go-to-Market organizations, including lead management, opportunity lifecycle, quoting, approvals, forecasting, and sales operations.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
