THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented, and AI-savvy Partner Content Governance Lead to own the governance, orchestration, and lifecycle management of partner-facing content across Everpure's partner ecosystem.

This role will serve as the central point of coordination between Partner Programs, Partner Enablement, Product Marketing, Alliances, Distribution, Launch Management, and other content-producing teams to ensure that partner content is accurate, current, discoverable, and aligned with business priorities.

As the Partner Content Governance Lead, you will own the operating model, governance framework, content publication readiness processes, and content lifecycle for Partner Central, Partner Library, and other partner-facing content platforms. You will establish standards, drive accountability, and leverage modern AI tools and automation to streamline content review, metadata management, quality control, and content delivery workflows in partnership with publishing teams.

This is not a content creation role. This is a content operations, governance, and optimization role focused on ensuring that the right content reaches the right partner audience at the right time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Content Governance and Ownership

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for partner-facing content across all partner platforms.
  • Define and maintain content ownership, review cadences, approval workflows, and content publication standards in partnership with platform publishing teams.
  • Serve as the central coordinator between content producers and publishing teams, overseeing the end-to-end content intake and governance process while partnering with platform teams responsible for content publication.
  • Drive accountability for content freshness, accuracy, and lifecycle management.
  • Implement content audit and archival processes to eliminate outdated or duplicate content.

Content Governance and Lifecycle Management

  • Own the coordination and governance of content delivery across Partner Central, Partner Library, and future partner content platforms.
  • Manage content intake, prioritization, review, approval, and retirement processes, ensuring content is publication-ready and aligned with governance standards.
  • Ensure content is properly categorized, tagged, searchable, and aligned to partner personas and journeys.
  • Continuously improve partner content discoverability and user experience.
  • Establish and manage content governance SLAs, workflow performance metrics, and operational KPIs.

Launch Readiness and Content Operations

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Launch Teams, Alliances, and Enablement organizations to ensure partner-facing content is ready at launch.
  • Coordinate launch-related content updates across multiple platforms.
  • Create repeatable launch readiness processes and content checklists.
  • Ensure partner-facing assets are review-complete, publication-ready, and available to partners at or before general availability.
  • Ensure synchronization of dual-audience content across partner-facing and internal platforms, coordinating with both self-service and managed publishing processes - maintain message consistency, publishing alignment, and content accuracy across all audiences

AI-Powered Content Management

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content review, quality assurance, metadata generation, summarization, tagging, and content classification.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive content governance, workflow, and publication readiness activities.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI solutions to improve content operations efficiency.
  • Develop scalable workflows that combine human oversight with AI-assisted content management.
  • Establish best practices for responsible AI use within content governance processes.

Analytics and Continuous Improvement

    • Define and track content effectiveness metrics, including usage, engagement, search success, content freshness, and partner feedback.
    • Analyze content performance and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
    • Drive continuous improvement of partner content operations and governance practices.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 8+ years of experience in content operations, content management, enablement operations, digital experience management, knowledge management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing content governance frameworks and content operations at scale.
  • Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata, search optimization, and content discoverability.
  • Experience working with enterprise content management systems, portals, learning platforms, or digital experience platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency and automate business processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience supporting partner ecosystems, channel organizations, or customer-facing digital platforms.
  • Experience with AI-powered content management, generative AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and knowledge management systems.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, content repositories, and partner portals.
  • Experience developing governance models, SLAs, and operational metrics.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
