THE ROLE
Drive Everpure’s enterprise growth across EMEA’s premier Manufacturing Accounts as part of our Worldwide Strategics Team. As a District Manager in this high-impact leadership role, you will scale a collaborative sales team to deepen relationships with Tier 1 customers through sophisticated 'Sell To' and 'Sell With' initiatives. Partnering closely with marketing, monetization, and product teams, you will transform complex market opportunities into tailored data infrastructure solutions that redefine industrial operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect and execute a scalable 3-year sales plan for the EMEA manufacturing vertical to capture high-impact growth opportunities and achieve predictable, double-digit revenue targets.
- Coach and elevate a high-performing EMEA sales team, establishing clear success metrics and a data-driven culture that directly accelerates regional market share and talent retention.
- Design strategic alliances within the global systems integrator (GSI) and partner ecosystem to expand market reach and deliver integrated, high-value solutions to industrial enterprise accounts.
- Synthesize executive customer insights and competitive market dynamics to collaborate with cross-functional corporate teams on market-driven, high-performing go-to-market strategies.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Enterprise Leadership Mastery: Demonstrated ability to cultivate, coach, and scale high-performing, inclusive sales teams across diverse EMEA cultures and economies.
- Manufacturing Industry Expertise: Deep operational knowledge of the manufacturing sector’s fundamentals, including industrial network infrastructure demands, ecosystem dynamics, and how modern manufacturing corporations structure their digital transformation strategies.
- C-Suite Influence: Exceptional executive presence with a proven capacity to establish immediate credibility, negotiate complex agreements, and build long-term advisory relationships with C-level stakeholders and global partners.
- Strategic Execution: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a track record of translating market trends and performance data into actionable growth plans within a heavily matrixed corporate environment.
- Location & Compliance: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the France office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
