Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As the Agile Program Manager for HRIT within Pure's Digital Transformation Group, you will spearhead the technology portfolio that powers our global employee experience. You will align strategic HR leadership, cross-functional engineering teams, and third-party vendor partners to deliver scalable enterprise applications across Talent Acquisition and Talent Transformation. In this high-impact role, you will optimize program execution, mitigate complex delivery risks, and establish AI-infused delivery frameworks that modernize workforce technology across the organization.

WHAT YOU'll DO

  • Drive Enterprise HRIT Program Delivery: Lead complex, integration-heavy HR system implementations across Talent Acquisition and Talent Transformation to drive business scalability and seamless workforce operations.
  • Facilitate Agile Governance & Execution: Serve as the Agile lead and Scrum Master to establish delivery rhythms, optimize resource utilization across teams, and accelerate time-to-value for strategic HR technology initiatives.
  • Align Cross-Functional Stakeholders & Manage Risk: Proactively identify dependencies and risks across internal engineering teams and external partners, establishing robust mitigation strategies to maintain executive alignment and project momentum.
  • Advance Modern Delivery Frameworks: Integrate best-in-class program management standards and AI-led delivery frameworks to enhance productivity, code quality, and technical execution across the portfolio.
WHAT YOU BRING

  • HRIT Domain Mastery: Proven expertise leading cross-functional HR technology programs with deep subject matter knowledge across Talent Acquisition and Talent Transformation workflows.
  • Integration & Vendor Management: Demonstrated skill in managing complex, multi-vendor enterprise architectures and third-party platform integrations.
  • Agile Leadership: Advanced competency in Agile principles and Scrum Master facilitation, with a track record of building high-velocity, collaborative engineering and delivery environments.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Superior capability to synthesize business objectives, influence executive decisions, and solve complex organizational challenges.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
