Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Pushpay you will be responsible for the development and execution of differentiated GTM plans that speak to the needs of our customers. This role sits at the critical intersection between Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, and is accountable for developing and executing strategy for the entire product lifecycle from influencing roadmaps, to launch, to adoption, and includes ownership for positioning and storytelling, competitive intelligence, product messaging, pricing and packaging, and sales enablement.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and a key member of the Product Marketing and Creative Production team, this hybrid role is based in the Seattle Area in our Redmond HQ, or our Colorado Spring office, where you’ll collaborate with people from all functions and our marketing leadership team every day, while working to help our customers—churches, parishes, and non-profit customers—achieve their mission.

  • Compensation Range:
    • CO: $118,825 - $137,309
    • WA: $133,178 - $153,894

Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with data by researching and leveraging insights and analysis of the market, competitors, sales, and customers, to best position our products and services 
  • Develop compelling and differentiated messaging that conveys a powerful story and consistently communicates the value of our products across multiple channels.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy, planning, project management and execution of new product and feature launches. 
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and the internal creative and production team to develop high-impact marketing campaigns, including demand generation activities, in-product communication, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Work alongside product and engineering teams to inform feature development and the overall product roadmap.
  • Support pricing analysis, pricing and packaging recommendations, promotions, and adjustments for product and features. 
  • Develop compelling product content and training materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders to enable sales, customer success, and marketing partners to convey product value to prospects and deliver continuous value to existing customers. 
  • Write and manage knowledge center articles, tool-tips, e-learning courses, resources, release notes, and product announcements to inform and educate customers.
  • Partner with product managers, customer marketing and customer success to support post-launch campaigns and other activities to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.  
  • Analyze feature usage and user behavior to develop strategies to reduce time to value, drive feature adoption and support customer retention.
  • Partner with customer success and sales to create effective strategies for upsell and cross-sell initiatives. 
  • Function as a critical thought leader and influencer for your products and subject area.

What You’ll Bring 

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in growing and dynamic B2B SaaS companies.
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing, business, or equivalent

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven track record creating and executing effective GTM and product campaign strategies with the goal of increasing sales, customer adoption, and retention.  
  • Experience with implementing and collaborating on product led growth strategies
  • An expert at working closely with multiple product teams to successfully bring new products and features to market.
  • Experience working collaboratively, and cross-functionally with leadership, product teams, sales and support teams to achieve key outcomes and create the best experience for customers and prospects.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for gaining customer, market and competitive insights and translating them into actionable strategies to support sales and customer success outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to easily move between multiple audiences and across teams, from C-level to entry-level, internal and external.
  • Exceptional comfort working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate optimally at all levels of the organization
  • A passion for our customers and a strong desire to market our products that bring people together by strengthening community, connection, and belonging
